To gain admission to pursue an undergraduate or top-up programme in KNUST-IDL, you will need
At least 5 (five) credits in GCE “O” Level, including English Language and Mathematics.
At least 6 (six) credits in SSSCE/WASSCE subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus three (electives) with an aggregate not exceeding 24.
Applicants with passes (i.e. D7 and E8) in English, Mathematics and Integrated Science, who completed their HND on or before 2010 can apply to go through a qualifying Pre-bridging (Access) Course.
A good first degree in any discipline.
Professional qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior management/ leadership position.
Satisfactory score in the programme Admission Test.

Programmes that are run at IDL KNUST are TOP-UP degrees for HND certificate and other Diploma holders who want to upgrade to a degree.

The date for sales of Admission forms can vary, but it is usually around April/May of every year for top-up and postgraduate programmes.
