The Institute of Distance Learning (IDL) congratulates one of its own, Dr. Marian Bokor, on a remarkable double achievement at the 2026 Forty Under 40 Awards Ghana.

Dr. Bokor, who serves as a part-time facilitator on the IDL programme, was honoured with two prestigious awards at a ceremony held on 12th September, 2026 at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra. She was named Outstanding Personality in the Consultancy Category and also received the People's Choice Award, given to the nominee with the highest public votes, a recognition of both her professional excellence and the strong public support for her work.

The Institute takes particular pride in this achievement, as Dr. Bokor brings her wealth of industry expertise directly into the classroom, enriching the learning experience of IDL students with real-world insight into business transformation, strategic management and organizational performance.

Beyond her role at IDL, Dr. Bokor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Premier EL Consult, where she advises businesses, entrepreneurs and institutions on strengthening strategy and achieving sustainable growth.

She also brings nearly a decade of corporate experience with Nestlé Ghana, where she currently serves as Sales Performance Development Manager.

She is also a dedicated mentor to emerging leaders through platforms such as the Kufuor Scholars Program, YALI West Africa and SHE Ascent Network, guided by her GRIT leadership philosophy — Growth Mindset, Resilience, Intentionality and Teamwork.
